Median price per square foot came down with it, from $424 to $385, against $411 a year earlier, and the median size of what sold fell from 2,498 square feet to 2,100. Houses took 21 days to go to contract, up from 16 in August and 15 last September.
Forty-three sales closed, the most in the past year, up from 40 in August and from 27 in September 2025. Of those, 31 closed at or above asking, a share close to August's but below the 23 of 27 a year earlier, and the median sale came in at 102.01 percent of list.
The spread explains the median. Nineteen sales landed between $600,000 and $799,999, against seven in the same band a year earlier, while eight closed at $1,000,000 and over, up from four. Thirty-two new listings came on, against 33 in August.
